Baking pita in the oven

  • First, preheat the oven to about 350°F (175°C).
  • Then, carefully lay your pita in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bruch the butter or olive oil for extra flavor & finish with a golden color.
  • Then, separate a kosher salt on the top for seasoning.
  • Open the oven, and carefully place the baking sheet with the pita in a preheated oven.
  • Take the time for beaking at least 5-7 minutes, or the pita look warm and crispy.
  • After that, remove the pita from the oven, and then you can flip them halfway through baking if you want even crispiness on both sides(optional).
  • Right now, serve it and make joy!
