Ingredients

  • Chickpeas
  • Garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Salt & pepper
  • Brown rice
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Take a bowl & combine ingredients like chickpeas, fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, flour, salt, and pepper, blending them in a mixture completely but not smoothly.
  • Then, give shape to that mixture, like small balls or round shapes, of about 15 to 25 pieces.
  • Take a pan and put olive oil & heat them. Fry falafel for 3-4 minutes from all sides until their color are convert into brown or they are look like crispy. 
  • You can also bake them instead of frying. At 375°F (190°C), break them for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Now, it’s time to prepare the dressing. Whisk together hummus, Greek yogurt (optional), lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  • Add little water drops for dressing consistency.
  • Then, assemble the bowl. We will start from the base of cooked brown rice.
  • Shredded romaine lettuce or baby spinach add to the bowl.
  • On top of the falafel, add pickled onions, diced Persian cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, and crumbled feta cheese, as in the second layer.
  • Crispy pita chips separate at the finishing time.
  • Serve and enjoy it!

This menu has many options you can try, such as the Cava Grain Bowl, which is also the best choice for everyone! I am giving you five stars for this item.
