  • Shape the Pita: when the dough completely takes time then divide it into equal sizes and give the shapes like pitas by  Rolling each piece into a ball and then flatten it slightly into a disk shape.
  • Cook the Pita: Now, it’s time to cook pita. Heat a non-stick skillet or cast-iron pan carefully, then cook each pita from all slides until it puffs up and is lightly browned.
