Instructions

  • First, take a saucepan, add water, and then heat. Add honey (or sugar), blueberries, and lavender over medium heat.
  • Cook the mixture over low heat so it is gently bubbling. Lightly press on the blueberries to release their juice and flavour. Remove it from the heat & let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain out, remove the blueberry pulp and seeds & leave the liquid.
  • Take a pitcher put blueberry-lavender syrup and fresh lemon juice. Then add water about 3 cups or sparking water for fizz. Remember water must be cool. Also stir well, and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Fill your glass and add lemon slices, blueberries, and a lavender sprig. Now, enjoy!
